Advertising

The Gaylaxicon 2009 program book will have space for advertising. The deadline to reserve ad space is September 20, and all ad files (PDF, EPS, TIFF) are due along with payment by September 27th. With approximately 200 attendees from all over the world, this is a great opportunity for your company or organization with a target market of LGBT and science fiction.

Advertising Rates

Please note, we have both PRO rates and FAN rates. PRO rates apply to any for-profit business or money-making venture. FAN rates apply to fan groups and individuals who are not advertising for business purposes. Format Requirements

The Gaylaxicon 2009 program book will be printed in full color, so ads can be color or grayscale. and a resolution of 300 DPI is strongly recommended.

Ads must be sent as a digital file. PDF, EPS, or TIFF formats are preferred. If you need to submit your ad in a different format, please let us know as early as possible to allow time for any special arrangements needed to accommodate you.

Artwork

We are open to submissions for artwork to include in our program book. Because the program book will be printed in color, both color and grayscale artwork are welcome. All artwork should have "PG" content only. No adult content. We are not able to pay for artwork, but artists will receive appropriate credit in the program book.
