Jason's first sci-fi convention was a Doctor Who convention in 1985. Six years later, he attended his first Minicon, jumping into the deep end of the convention pool. As far as conventions go, he's been a lost cause ever since. Currently, he attends about six or seven a year, including local general sci-fi cons, comic book cons, and regional Doctor Who conventions. Next year, he's planning on attending his first anime con, and looks forward to Gaylaxicon coming back to the Twin Cities sometime in the future. |
